Your right to cancel
As a customer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To do this, tell us clearly — an email to [hello@edenandco.shop] is enough.
Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you paid with.
Condition
Items need to come back unused and in their original packaging. Prints should be returned rolled in a tube rather than folded. Earrings can't be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
Return shipping
Return postage is [paid by the customer / covered by us]. We'd recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us, it's still your responsibility.
Exchanges
Want a different size or a different piece? Email us and we'll reserve the replacement while your return is in transit.
Damaged or wrong items
If a print arrives creased or a piece arrives faulty, send us a photo within [14] days. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and we'll cover the postage. You won't need to return a damaged print.
Made-to-order & personalized pieces
Anything engraved or made to your specification can't be returned unless it's faulty, since it can't be resold.
How to start a return
Email [hello@edenandco.shop] with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.
